Orthodontic FX has two locations, one at 15480 Bayview Ave, unit 112, in Aurora and the other location at 97 Victoria Street East in Alliston. Their is a satellite office to service the northern community of Hearst, ON. Our office hours vary depending on each location. Dr. Russ Farquhar has been delivering outstanding orthodontic care since 1982. He received his dental degree from the University of Toronto, and his Master's Degree in Orthodontics from the University of Western Ontario.
They lecture to the public, and are members of many professional organizations including the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, the American Association of Orthodontists, the World Federation of Orthodontists, the Ontario Association of Dental Specialists, and the Toronto Orthodontic Study Club. They and their staff continuously strive to provide their patients with the most comprehensive and advanced orthodontic treatment available.
Dr. Greg Vigneux graduated from Biology at the University of Western Ontario. He then proceeded to the University of Toronto where he received a Doctor of Dental surgery Degree. The following year he did an internship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. For the next five years he practiced general dentistry in Ottawa. Dr. Vigneux was on staff at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and worked there one day per week. For his orthodontic training he attended the University of Manitoba where he received his orthodontic specialty as well as a Master of Science Degree in the area of Growth and Development. Dr. Vigneux's research involved scar tissue, wound healing and cleft lip and palate studies. It was after this time that he returned to Ontario to start his practice in Orthodontics. Dr. Vigneux has two children, both in University( a daughter and a son). He is currently active in fitness and participates in the gym as well as cycling throughout the hilly York Region.
